When to use

MBTI?

One of the most thorough personality tests. I find it easier to use the personality names and descriptions, vs the 4-letter acronym, i.e. Campaigner rather than ENFP.

How to use it ?

Myers and Briggs’ MBTI theory of 16 personality types indicates your psychological preferences in how you perceive the world around you and make decision.

How much of an Extravert vs Intravert are you? Making decisions on Facts vs Feelings? Spontaneous vs Organized?
